Job Description
  • Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they meet the company's standards.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for carrying out various administrative activities, including assembling data and preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence. You will also oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring that they are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment with 30-40 hours per week.
  • Languages: English.
