Overview: As an office operations coordinator at Grand Tire & Repair Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to our team members, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize workflow and productivity.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and staff members.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages promptly and professionally.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure, with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility, teamwork, and client focus are essential qualities for this role.
