Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Escape Transport Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office procedures and routines.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine and establish effective office procedures and routines to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior management and other staff members.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with attention to detail and accuracy.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative assistant role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Windows and MS Office software.
Work Environment

This position is based in our office located near public transportation options. Work hours are 30-40 hours per week, with a permanent contract.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000-$55,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
