We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Quicklink Immigration.

About the Role

This is a full-time position requiring 32 to 35 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in office operations and be able to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, confirm meetings, and manage calendars to ensure seamless coordination between teams.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a professional and timely manner. Type and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team by maintaining accurate records, managing files, and performing various administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in office operations, preferably in a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
