Job Description

R & R B.C. Services LTD is seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join their team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This includes coordinating communication within the team, managing information flow, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with 1 year of experience in an administrative position. Proficiency in English is required, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 30-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include access to professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
