As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, opening and distributing mail and other materials, and determining and establishing office procedures and routines.

- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics and other information
- Respond to employee questions and complaints
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- Maintain and manage digital database
