Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Services Officer to join our team at Sylvan Lake Beachfront Resort Ltd. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure they are up-to-date and effective.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records and coordinate office services such as accommodation and equipment.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and train staff as needed.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, resolve conflict situations, and commission systems and components.
  • Coach and monitor staff performance, and plan and control budget and expenditures.

Work Environment
