  • Assist with the development of proposals and execute customer MSAs and customer maintenance in relation to invoicing.
  • Develop and maintain key internal relationships to support customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Undertake market analysis for existing service lines.
  • Assemble written reports and presentations on sales activities and opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities and measure KPIs corresponding with top customers, utilizing CRM throughout the sales cycle.
  • Act as liaison between divisions, identifying integrated sales opportunities and ensuring the appropriate divisional representatives are pursuing accordingly.
  • Participate in divisional sales strategy planning sessions.
  • Organize and execute SECURE-branded customer events such as trade shows and customer appreciation events.
  • Be an ambassador for SECURE at industry events and functions.
  • Develop a presence within appropriate industry networks.
  • Travel within Western Canada as required.
  • Occasionally required to be available outside of standard working hours.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Some level of post-secondary education completed.
