About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Cosmoify Inc.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Establish work schedules and delegate tasks to office support staff.
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience.
- On-site work required; no remote work option available.
Working Conditions
This role requires working on site at our physical location. Travel opportunities may be limited.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $**45,000 - $55,000 per year**, depending on qualifications and experience. A comprehensive benefits package will also be provided.
