Job Overview

Aesthetic Salon is seeking an Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events as needed.
  • Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and staff.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Reception Duties: Greet clients and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas.
  • Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skillset: Ability to multitask, organized, team player, accurate.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
