Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Crystal Clean Janitorial Services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and respond to employee questions and complaints.
In addition, the Office Operations Coordinator will oversee the preparation of reports, order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems. They will also provide customer service and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Electronic medical records software
- Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with electronic scheduling tools
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
