Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at SKK Cleaning Ltd. This role will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, directing and controlling daily operations, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and planning, developing and implementing recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day office activities
  • Direct and control daily operations to ensure smooth workflow
  • Maintain and manage digital databases
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
