Six Star Homes Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to multitask with ease. They will also have strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Supervising other workers and training them as needed
  • Preparing minutes of meetings and seminars
  • Determining and establishing office procedures and routines
  • Overseeing payroll administration and maintaining inventory
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and making reservations
  • Greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas

You will work closely with our team to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues or concerns to management.

This is a permanent full-time position, working 35-40 hours per week. The salary range for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
