National Operations Manager

At Borcherdt Concrete Products Limited, we are seeking a talented National Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role and drive operational excellence across Canada.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
About the Role:
The National Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations to drive optimal inventory turns and bolster gross margins. You will champion account managers and inside sales staff, propelling them to realize revenue and margin goals. Additionally, you will efficiently manage the requisition of essential supplies, equipment, and outsourced services from primary and secondary suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with your team to address challenges, identify operational enhancements, and engage with pivotal stakeholders at our head office.
- Continuously analyze and assess activities, costs, operations, budgets, and forecast data to gauge branch progression toward strategic goals.
- Spearhead annual budget planning, commencing each October.
- Collaborate with accounts receivable, credit management, and operations to steer accounts receivable activities.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require a post-secondary education in business or commerce, as well as command of financial and business acumen. Industry or supply chain distribution experience is considered a distinct asset. You must also be passionate about continuous learning and staying informed and educated on product inventory and applicability.
