We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Services Specialist to join our Real Estate Finance group at National Bank. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with Portfolio Management Directors and Account Managers to analyze and manage financing for clients.

Job Description
  • Prepare and send letters and follow up on documents for annual reviews
  • Conduct credit analyses, including maturing loans, in accordance with established standards and make recommendations
  • Collaborate with business development teams to identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Actively participate in continuous process improvement projects

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of financial concepts. They will also have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and employee assistance program.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of banking products and systems is an asset
  • Strong analytical skills and accounting knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
