Administrative Services Coordinator

Raya Energy Inc is seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating tasks to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement new administrative procedures and ensure procedures are followed
- Delegate work to office support staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Establish work priorities, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and security services
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
