Administrative Assistant

LEMOND FOOD CORP is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, you will provide administrative support to our staff and management, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and meetings
  • Prepare and record minutes of meetings and seminars
  • Establish and maintain office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Handle telephone and electronic inquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and make reservations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our staff and clients
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office
