Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our team at PERFORMANCE INSULATION INC.
Key Responsibilities- Type and Proofread Correspondence: Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all written communication.
- Manage Incoming and Outgoing Mail: Process and distribute mail efficiently, both manually and electronically.
- Organize Office Work: Schedule tasks, maintain inventory, and order office supplies as needed.
- Prepare and Monitor Contracts and Budgets: Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial tasks.
- Support Team Members: Provide administrative assistance to colleagues as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Relocation Costs Covered: We cover relocation costs for the right candidate.
