About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at PERFORMANCE INSULATION INC. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office supplies, including ordering and inventory management.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations as needed.
  • Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Communication: Respond to employee questions and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
