- Compile reports utilizing both manual and electronic files, inventories, and databases.
- Sort, process, and validate applications, receipts, and other important documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail through manual or electronic means.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
- Organize and prioritize office tasks and schedules effectively.
- Prepare and oversee contracts and budgetary allocations.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Language of Work: English.
- Working Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
