We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at PERFORMANCE INSULATION INC. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of meetings, seminars, and conferences, including minutes and action items.
  • Office Procedures: Develop and implement office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operation.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure that our team has the necessary resources to perform their duties.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure that our team has access to the information they need.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
