About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our team at PERFORMANCE INSULATION INC. As an Administrative Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting our office operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Communication: Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries, and respond to requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document Management: Work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases, and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Mail and Inventory Management: Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Office Supplies and Maintenance: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked and efficient office environment.
  • Scheduling and Organization: Organize and schedule office work, including meetings and appointments, to ensure a smooth and productive work environment.
  • Contract and Budget Management: Prepare and monitor contracts and budgets, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
