Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at PERFORMANCE INSULATION INC. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing reports.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and arranging travel.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external parties, including clients and vendors.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including meeting minutes and reports.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Setting: Permanent position, 35 to 40 hours per week.
