About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Dan Vacca Insurance & Financial Services Inc. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling insurance products to clients and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Marketing: Identify and solicit potential clients, sell automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other types of insurance.
  • Customer Service: Provide information concerning group and individual insurance packages, the range of risk coverage, benefits paid, and other policy features.
  • Claims and Enquiries: Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries.
  • Policy Requirements: Ensure appropriate forms, medical examinations, and other policy requirements are completed.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) licence, Provincial or territorial licence.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in property/casualty insurance, commercial insurance, automobile insurance, fire insurance, house insurance, and tenant insurance.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, efficient interpersonal skills, client focus, judgement, organized, reliability, team player.
