Job Title: Administrative Support Clerk

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Clerk to join our team at Service Canada. As an Administrative Support Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including processing incoming and outgoing mail, sending and receiving messages, and compiling data and statistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
  • Send and receive messages
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing
  • File material in storage area
  • Label files according to retention and disposal schedules
  • Label, file and retrieve documents
  • Locate and remove files requested

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
