About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ashton Tire Ltd. as an Operations Coordinator. This is a key role that will provide administrative support to our operations team and contribute to the smooth running of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  • Financial Management
    • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure financial stability and growth.
    • Plan and organize daily operations to optimize resource allocation and minimize costs.
  • Human Resources
    • Supervise other workers to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
    • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Customer Service
    • Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure seamless communication with customers.
    • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages to ensure prompt response to customer inquiries.
    • Provide customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Administrative Support
    • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions.
    • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business operations.
    • Perform data entry to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in MS Office to ensure efficient and effective use of software.
    • Familiarity with technical terminology, including engineering principles.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced office environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
    Requirements
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
    • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
    • Fluent in English as the primary language of communication.
