About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant - Office Manager to join our team at Ashton Tire Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily office operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Performance Evaluation: Regularly evaluate office operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring that our office is operating within budget.
  • Organizational Development: Plan and organize daily office operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Supervision: Supervise other office staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure that our office is operating in accordance with company standards.
  • Recruitment: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our team.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring that our office is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information, ensuring that our office is operating in accordance with company standards.
  • Communication: Answer electronic inquiries, compile data, statistics, and other information, and advise senior management as needed.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee questions and complaints, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • Customer Reception: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, providing a warm and welcoming experience for our customers.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, ensuring that our office is operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Technical Knowledge: Possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Technical Terminology: Familiarity with technical terminology, including engineering and other relevant fields.
  • Work Environment: Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
