About the Role

As a SAP Business Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for contributing to the overall success of the Talent & Core HR team in ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships.
  • Provide highly specialized technical leadership in the analysis, design, development, and support of cost-effective online HR management and decision support systems, within SuccessFactors.
  • Independently resolve complex, multi-faceted problems to meet the business needs, by applying HR and technological knowledge to the design of methodologies, models, and/or systems solutions.
  • Manage multiple small HR technology projects and/or manage specific sections of large projects to implement technology solutions for HR business problems.
  • Participate in the SuccessFactors systems implementation process by interpreting business requirements into systems analysis, technical specification, documenting detailed reporting requirements, configuration of HR vendor software, and providing post-implementation support.
  • Participate in the review of Quality Assurance (QA) test strategies for assigned projects/initiatives to ensure the planned testing is comprehensive and consistent with the business requirements.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years combined SAP SuccessFactors configuration lead experience (preferably in Compensation and Variable Pay)
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification (preferably in Compensation and Variable Pay)
  • Working knowledge of HR business process.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • Expertise in creating and executing simple SQL queries
  • Creative, self-starting, results-oriented, and highly motivated individual with very good analytical skills.
  • Proven interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • A recognized undergraduate degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related discipline, along with 4 to 6 years of practical experience.
  • English language is required.
