Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Raycore. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Recruit and hire qualified food service staff and ensure they meet quality control standards.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
