Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Raycore. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Supervise and Coordinate Food Service StaffSupervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support as needed.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all staff are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
Estimate and Manage InventoryEstimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that all necessary items are available.
Recruit and Hire StaffHire food service staff, ensuring that all new hires meet the necessary qualifications and standards.
Maintain Quality ControlEnsure that all food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.
Manage Records and ReportsMaintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports as needed.
Establish Work SchedulesEstablish work schedules, ensuring that all staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
