Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management
- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
- Staff Management
- Train and develop staff in job duties, food safety, and sanitation procedures
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
- Quality Control
- Ensure that food products meet quality control standards
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food and supplies
- Reporting and Record Keeping
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, and wastage
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Language
