Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Raycore. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective meal preparation and service.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory and Scheduling
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Establish work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
