ReBird Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of repair processes and techniques. Manage the administrative processing of ReBird equipment in and out of the process flow. Maintain accurate reporting documentation for internal use by ReBird Services, Quality Control, and Design teams. Collaborate with logistics, assessment, QC, and bundling teams. Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned.Future Opportunities:
Own the day-to-day ReBird processing flow. Work with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. Contribute to the development of new ways to repurpose or repair products.Requirements:
Effective verbal and written English communication skills to collaborate with multiple departments and teams. Previous relevant Quality Control experience (e.g., manufacturing or textile industry). High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills. General computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism. Proactive in identifying root causes of issues and developing solutions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and labor-intensive environment requiring problem-solving skills and repetitive tasks. Commitment to seeking the best solutions. $ - $ an hourThe starting pay for factory skill-based workers is CAD$ hourly at the time of this posting.Please note that the range details above reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program and benefits that we offer.-
