Your Opportunity at Arc'teryx: As a ReBird Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the flow of product to our internal and external partners. You will support the ReBird business team by coordinating the day-to-day operations of the used-gear-to-repair workflows.

Meet Your Future Team: The ReBird team is dedicated to finding innovative ways to extract more use out of our products and improve our processing methods. You will be part of the initiative that keeps as much of our gear in the field and out of the landfill.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will support the ReBird repair process and technique improvements.
  • You will manage the administrative processing of ReBird equipment in and out of the process flow.
  • You will maintain reporting documentations for internal use by ReBird Services, Quality Control, and Design teams.
  • You will assist in logistics, assessing, QC, and bundling.
  • You will assist with other tasks and projects as assigned.

Future Opportunities:

  • You will own the day-to-day ReBird processing flow.
  • You will work with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
  • You will help develop new ways of repurposing or repairing products.

Requirements:

  • You must have highly effective verbal and written English communication skills to communicate with multiple departments and teams.
  • You must have previous relevant Quality Control experience (e.g., manufacturing or textile industry).
  • You must have high attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
  • You must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • You must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
  • You must be proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions.
  • You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and labor-intensive environment requiring problem-solving skills and repetitive tasks.
  • You must seek the best solutions, with an unwavering commitment.

Compensation: The starting pay for this position is CAD $ hourly. Please note that this range reflects the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program and benefits that we offer.
