Leadership Role in Apparel Repair

About the Role:
As the ReBird Team Leader at Arc'teryx, you will be responsible for leading the daily activities of the repair team. Your key objectives will include ensuring team members can effectively and efficiently repair customer garments while maintaining a consistent level of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the team, including communicating objectives and planning efficient work distribution
- Ensure repairs are completed within agreed turnaround times
- Repair products when necessary
- Maintain Arc'teryx standards of quality
- Communicate internally about repair-related issues
- Develop Arc'teryx product and technical knowledge, and innovate new repair techniques and processes
Future Opportunities:
In the future, you may lead a strong, effective, and positive team, focusing on timely performance feedback, enabling team members to improve and cross-train as needed. You will also coach leaders to effectively plan and allocate resources, lead and mentor operators, and monitor repair turnaround time.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in an apparel repair/construction role
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with people in a professional manner under all circumstances
- High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability
- Proactive in identifying root causes and developing solutions
