We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Mental Health Substance Use Specialist to join our dynamic team at the Oliver Health Centre. As a key member of our Mental Health and Substance Use (MHSU) team, you will play a vital role in providing assessment, treatment, and service coordination to individuals experiencing substance use problems or disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced practice level assessment, treatment, and service coordination to complex clients with co-occurring disorders.
- Function as a primary clinician utilizing specialized treatment modalities and therapies for individuals, groups, and families.
- Collaborate with the MHSU multi-disciplinary team to ensure timely and responsive treatment and clinical supports.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of clients.
