Senior Data Management Lead

At SSP America, we're seeking an experienced Senior Data Management Lead to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in managing and resolving complex labor issues, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements and employment laws.

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in human resources and experience in managing union-related activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with senior leadership to align people strategies with business goals, driving operational excellence, and fostering a positive employee culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and resolve complex labor issues, including grievances, mediations, and arbitrations
• Collaborate with Senior Operations Management to ensure alignment on people strategies with business goals
• Lead the execution of HR initiatives across 6 airport locations
• Monitor and analyze HR data to proactively identify areas of improvement
• Ensure Legal and Policy Compliance by staying up-to-date with employment and wage laws
• Deliver High-Impact HR Solutions by leading HR programs that support talent development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in hospitality, food service, or airport industries
• Proven experience in managing union-related activities, including grievances, mediations, and collective bargaining

Benefits:
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of CAD $123,000 - $125,000 per year, plus bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
