Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating recruitment efforts, and ensuring seamless employee onboarding experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately record and maintain employee information in our HRIS system
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
  • Prepare and send new hire packages, including employment agreements and benefits information
  • Update organizational charts and maintain employee records
  • Provide support with general HR inquiries and policy administration
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement employee recognition programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant HR experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
