Key Account Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Key Account Administrator to join our team at Sheridan Nurseries. As a Key Account Administrator, you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with our Key Account Guests.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to our Key Account Guests, ensuring their administrative needs are met and exceeded.
- Assist the Key Account Manager with order and inventory management, guest profile maintenance, and other administrative tasks.
- Support the Wholesale Sales team and contribute to the success of our business.
- High school diploma and eligibility to work in Canada.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Friendly and outgoing attitude, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Previous data entry experience and plant knowledge or Green Goods Industry experience are assets.
