About the Role

As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales associates, providing coaching and development opportunities, and driving sales growth through effective merchandising and visual displays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily store operations, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales associates
  • Manage visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; business degree or experience preferred
  • 1-3 years of retail management experience; ski industry experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
