As a Retail Store Manager at Vail Resorts, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and that our stores are always stocked with the latest products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of retail sales associates
  • Drive sales growth through effective inventory management and visual merchandising
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage store operations, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory control
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the ski industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
