About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Bumblebee Window & Exterior Cleaning Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Site Management: Inspect and manage multiple cleaning sites to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial records to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Cleaning service company with various locations.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The work environment is dynamic, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
