About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Bumblebee Window & Exterior Cleaning Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Site Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial records to ensure the smooth operation of the cleaning services.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure timely replenishment and minimize waste.
  • Client Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
