We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at DYNAMIC FACILITY SERVICES LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Activities: Oversee the daily operations of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our clients' facilities are clean, safe, and meet our high standards.
- Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets for cleaning services, ensuring that costs are accurately estimated and managed.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to provide additional services to our clients, such as painting, repair work, or equipment replacement.
- Maintain Financial Records: Ensure that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date, including payment receipts and invoices.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a cleaning or facilities management role.
This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
