Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
- Assist cleaning staff in performing duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate work activities with other departments and establish work schedules to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure that all necessary equipment is available.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a cleaning or supervisory role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The work environment is varied, with opportunities to work in different locations and with different teams.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
