About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Bumblebee Window & Exterior Cleaning Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Site Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring sites are cleaned to the highest standards.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budgets and cost estimates, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate payment processing.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The work environment is dynamic, with opportunities to work in various locations.
