About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Bumblebee Window & Exterior Cleaning Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Site Management: Inspect and manage our cleaning sites to ensure that they are safe and meet our high standards of cleanliness.
  • Operations Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to ensure that our cleaning services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the financial health of our operations.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our cleaning staff to achieve their full potential and provide exceptional service to our clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Cleaning service company.
  • Workplace Information: On the road job.
