About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Bumblebee Window & Exterior Cleaning Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Site Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff to ensure that all sites are cleaned to the highest standards.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our cleaning standards are met and that our clients are satisfied.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial records to ensure the efficient operation of our cleaning services.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure that our staff has the necessary resources to perform their duties.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and to ensure that our services meet their expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the cleaning industry
  • Work Setting: Cleaning service company
