About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Proposal Coordinator to join our team at Ledcor. As a key member of our proposal team, you will be responsible for coordinating proposal development, creating engaging content, and supporting the full proposal process from strategy to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate proposal development, engaging multiple disciplines to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Develop RFQ and RFP responses that meet client requirements and reflect Ledcor's brand guidelines, focusing on innovative and value-added content.
- Provide strong technical writing support to the proposal team, working closely with subject matter experts to identify benefits and value-add content for proposal submissions.
- Implement and monitor the proposal process, contributing to continuous improvement processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Liaise with clients regarding proposal submission requirements, requests for information, addenda, meetings, and other necessary communications.
- Manage document control activities, including downloading proposal files from client portals, maintaining client portal passwords, and ensuring the integrity of internal proposal file structures.
- Maintain an up-to-date library of resumes, project profiles, presentations, and photos, adhering to brand standards.
- Support business development and strategic initiatives, including events, presentations, marketing materials, and website updates, as required.
Requirements
- Similar experience in a related role coordinating proposals, with a proven track record of success.
- Degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, would be an asset.
- Capacity to work effectively under deadlines and in high-pressure environments, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Possess detailed knowledge of proposal and marketing procedures, work processes, and tools, with evidence of past successful management of proposals teams.
- Comfortable leading large group meetings and possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Graphic design experience and an eye for design would be an asset.
Working Conditions
- Hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.
