- Manage contract milestone activities, including close-out activities.
- Act as a liaison and coordinator among key stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain contract-related records, both physical and digital.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer teams to facilitate product delivery.
- Track orders to ensure timely delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of administrative experience, with a strong background in MS Excel and intermediate knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
